thanks!Do i have to use shampoo AND conditioner?
No, you don't nessessarily have to buy the shampoo and the conditioner, but it's a good idea to get both because it'll work better and have a better, longer lasting effect. Hope I helped and good luck!Do i have to use shampoo AND conditioner?
btoh
well shampoo really just cleans it and the conditioner will make it look better. But no you dont have to use it. Oh and try a hot oil treatment. Those do wonders on my hair. You should give it a go.
Hmm, shampoo cleans, and conditionor makes it smooth and soft, so probably get both so you get the full effect.
In general, yes you do have to use shampoo AND conditioner whether it's to boost shine or not.

Usually dull hair is a sign of poor nutrition or lack of moisture. So start drinking your 8+ cups of water a day, take a multivitamin, and cut down on the shampoo. Shampooing hair about once or twice a week should be enough. Then to increase moisture, leave your daily conditioner on for 10 minutes before wahing it out. Deep condition every week or every other week for adding oomph.

A simple trick to make your hair more shiny is to do a final rinse on your hair with cold water before you get out of the shower. Cold water makes you hair's cuticle lay flat. The flatter the cuticle, the more the shine.

conditioner is very important without conditioner the shampoo is nothing also most products conditioners are stronger than the shampoo but its best you use both
You do not have to use a conditioner if you are using a shampoo that does NOT contain any sodium ingredients.

Why? Sodium (while it is good for cleansing the hair) it also strips your hair from proteins and moisture and make it dry, dull etc. Therefore, conveniently for them, they require you to purchase a conditoner with it so your hair will be silky looking.

Try Aveda shampoos. Or any other shampoo that is ';plant-based.'; They are so gentle and hydrating on your hair that you dont need a conditioner too. Unless your hair is unusally coarse or frizzy.
just use cheap shampoo, no conditioner
Buy a shampoo and conditioner (matching- I reccomend Aussie Cleanse%26amp;Mend). Then, buy a shine serum (of any brand).
yes it would be best to get the perfect results
just conditioner will work.
It always works best for me if i use both because the conditioner is what makes your hair soft and shinny but you should use shampoo so its getting clean as well.
Yeah it would but the shampoo really helps you if yuo use it twice before putting the conditioner on.
both but use the conditioner every other day:)
Shampoo cleanses the hair, conditioner conditions the hair. I would use both. There is no such thing as a shampoo and conidtioner in one either. You can't clean oil out of your hair and put it in at the same time. I would get your shine stuff if you want but still use the shampoo and conditioner.
