How exactly do u use shampoo and conditioner?

i've been using the combined shampoo and conditioner before, but how do u use shampoo and conditioner when they are in separate bottles?





(i.e. do u massage the scalp just with the shampoo? and how do u use the conditioner)

Do not use combined, they do 2 different jobs and cannot possibly do both effectively together.


massage vigorously shampoo down to scalp, this opens up the cuticles on the hair shaft and removes dirt and grease.


always condition separately, massage slowly right to tips, leave on for a few mins and rinse thoroughly. Conditioner smooths back down those cuticles and makes your hair appear smooth and shiny.How exactly do u use shampoo and conditioner?
With the shampoo, massage it in at the crown of your head. When you rinse it out it will get the rest. Then put the conditioner in your hair concentrating on the length of it and the tips. Leave it on for a minute no matter what the bottle says. Then rinse. You can trust this because I got it from a magazine.
It depends on your hairtype.





i have very thick long wavy to curly hair so this is what i do.





1. rinse my hair with lukewarm water. dont put it on hot.


2. then apply Organix vanilla shampoo, i focus more on my scalp area but quickly run the shampoo through my ends.


3. then rinse it out with warm water.


4. then apply Organix vanilla conditoner, i focus more on my mid hair to ends. but i also apply a bit to the scalp cos it gets very dry.


5. then i rinse my hair with warm water. quickly lastly rinse off with cold water.





if u have straight fine hair then you wont need to shampoo on your ends or condition your scalp
2 in 1 is bad for your hair, swap to the separate now! First massage the shampoo into your wet hair and scalp and wash out thoroughly then apply the conditioner (not too much!) mainly to the ends and mid lengths of your hair where it is driest and leave for a couple of minutes. wash out thoroughly!
I can't stand the combo, just doesn't condition enough





wash with the shampoo like usual. rinse


then apply the conditioner throughout. I like to run my fingers through with conditioner on them. let sit for about a minute or so, then rinse
